Banana & oats cookie recipe

I know, I know I promised ya some delish overnight oats recipes for today, but in all honesty, I totally forgot to get some fresh fruit yesterday and the weekly shop is planned for tomorrow so erm, sorry, not sorry – because you’re getting my favourite chunky banana & oats cookie recipe instead! That ain’t a bad deal, is it?

Banana & oats cookies

Especially delicious with a glass of cold milk!

Course Snack
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Servings 1 full plate

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • cocoa nibs
  • 1 little squeeze honey

Instructions

  1. Throw everything into a bowl, take a fork, mash it all up, scoop it out on a parchment paper and put it in the oven on 180 degrees for 15 minutes. 

  2. Ready to serve!
