You know that I’m not one for boring off-the-assembly-line carbon-copy subscription boxes. I can, however, appreciate a unique creative subscription box! Although I’ve heard people say that My Little Box has been on a repetitive streak lately, I’m new to it and incredibly impressed! See what was in my Christmas Little Box for yourself! Another box which has crossed my path this December is My Purrfect Gift Box. Just for the name it deserves a medal but wait until you hear that it’s one of a kind feline themed box for cat ladies (or gentlemen) & their little fluffy side kicks! How sweet & thoughtful is that? I already spend a shameful amount of money at Pets at Home every month and would much prefer handing over my bank card to independent British brands rather than to large corporates!
? What’s in My Purrfect Gift Box?
As it goes with most subscription boxes, the contents vary each month however you can be sure that you’ll receive a cat-tastic (see what I did there?) selection of products from all ways of life – home decor, fashion, stationery – plus a few little treats for your kitty cat (those are the most important ones, obviously). All the items in your box have been carefully curated from various independent British manufacturers and to get an idea you can browse past boxes here. So what was in my December Winter Wonderland box (and boy, was it a good ‘un!)?
? A knitted beanie hat with ears (how did they know I haven’t got a single hat?!)
? A 925 sterling silver necklaces with a kitty & a snowflake (my absolute favourite in this box – I squealed & danced!)
? A handmade cat shelf sitter (so pretty!)
? A pack of Christmas cards (already put these in good use)
? A handmade woollen kitty key charm (puts those fluffy fur ball key charms to shame)
? A valarian gingerbread man cat toy (most definitely the stinkiest thing in the world but if Cookie could marry it he would)
? A cat collar with a jingle bell (looking rather ravishing today, Pipps!)
? Meowing Heads natural cat food (another brand to explore in our Feline Foodology series)
➕ ? The box itself (which is the BEST cat toy ever and both Cookie & Pippin had a blast opening it & lounging in it)
Such an incredibly thoughtfully curated box full of little surprises for all (slightly crazy) cat ladies out there! Would make such a gorgeous present – I’m thinking about sending one to my friend in the Czech Republic, he’d love it for his new kitten!
? Which Purrfect Gift Box is the best for me?
A pretty genius thing about My Purrfect Gift Box is that, to a degree, you can customise your box! You can choose from a smaller LITE box which contains 2-3 full sized items and starts at £15.95 and a larger STANDARD box which contains 3-5 full sized items and starts at £20.95. The kitty toys are optional and you can add them in separately depending on whether you (or the person you’re giving the box to) have a cat or not.
To order your own Purrfect Gift Box click here – I also recommend you check out their online shop here where you can pick some of the items from past boxes. I’ve already ordered a couple of things from there and will be showing you another day!
? Cookie, Pipps & I were kindly given this Purrfect Gift Box for free to road test (thank you!) however all the dribble on purple tissue paper, the ripped up gingerbread man and annoyed Cookie after getting slapped by Princess Pippin are our very own.
