Today’s Feline Foodology is slightly different from the standard cat food reviews (although don’t worry – Cookie & Pipps have played a key role in this post too, as per usual). If you’ve been reading the Feline Foodology series for a while now you probably know that it’s very much based around proper cat food – the cattingtons and me are on a quest to find cat food (dry, wet & treats) that is nutritionally suitable for felines yet affordable for their humans. Neither me nor the cats are educated experts on a good diet so we tend to seek advice from Jenny – the ever so clever lady behind CatPacks. Jenny has lived and studied in New Zealand, East Anglia and at Kew Gardens in London and now has her own cattery in Sussex. She knows so much about cats from all different corners of the world and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cat nutrition. You might remember that we reviewed her CatPacks Starter Pack a few months ago which has allowed me to explore many cat food brands I wasn’t familiar with before. Today Jenny’s back with her brand new Fit Feline Taster Pack – version 2.0 of the original Starter Pack if you like!

?Totally not sponsored – Jenny was kind enough to send this pack for Cookie & Pippin to try (thank you!) however all the picky feline habits & beany toesies are our very own.
? I don’t claim to be an expert in cat food – all my knowledge is gathered from Jenny’s book, the internets and my own personal experience, however I’m genuinely hoping this series will help others understand the importance of proper cat food.
