The lockdown – and the pandemic – has undoubtedly taken all of us by surprise. While for some, this is a period to focus on future projects, self-care and wellbeing, new hobbies, and garden fun, for others can be tough. Finding support can be critical to look after your mental and physical health, and can offer you great peace of mind. If you feel lonely and a little frightened by these times of uncertainty, start building self-confidence through the steps below.

Get closer to your loved ones.

If you have been feeling low, reach out the ones closest to you. Start from family members and friends, but also contact somebody you have not talked to in a while. A virtual catch up can be extremely beneficial when you are stuck between four walls for months. You might also feel confident enough to let out what has worried you in the past weeks.   

Offer a shoulder to your family and friends.

If you are a very dynamic person, full of energy and jobs to do, you might not be coping too well with the current lockdown. However, it is essential to remember that you are not the only one.
