Roasted Cayenne potatoes

Especially delicious with fresh tomatoes from the garden!

  • potatoes
  • Cayenne pepper
  • mixed spice for roast chicken
  • rosemary
  • tomatoes
  • olive oil


  1. Wash the potatoes and cut them up into long wedges. Place on a baking tray and drizzle with some olive oil. 

  2. Add a lot ofmixed chicken spice. And when I say a lot I mean go all out – Five Guys kinda all out. Add a good pinch of dried rosemary and Cayenne pepper.

  3. Mix everything so the potatoes are evenly covered in all the spices.

  4. Now throw in some cherry tomatoes or chopped up regular tomatoes. Place in preheated oven (180 degrees) for half an hour.
