Especially delicious with fresh rocket from the garden!

Servings 2 small jars
Ingredients
- 50 g rocket
- 25 g pine nuts
- 75 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- virgin olive oil
- salt & pepper
Instructions
Shove everything into a food processor.
Chop.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Serve your homemade pesto! Store in the fridge.
