Homemade rocket pesto

Especially delicious with fresh rocket from the garden!

Servings 2 small jars

Ingredients

  • 50 g rocket 
  • 25 g pine nuts
  • 75 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Shove everything into a food processor. 

  2. Chop.

  3. Add salt & pepper to taste.

  4. Serve your homemade pesto! Store in the fridge.
